We prefer solutions based on multi-layered architecture and proven relational databases. According to the client needs and specific conditions of the solution we view it as centralized or decentralized, with more mutually cooperating databases and application servers, including possible implementation of data and communication ties to other information systems.

For various classes of users and various communication environments we suggest appropriate user interfaces including methods of communication in the scope of intranet, extranet or internet. We place emphasis on simple service and the provision of maximum user comfort.

Each system should meet the current and newly arising needs of clients as well as possible. For this reason we consider long-term cooperation with clients and their active involvement in the project during its whole life cycle to be necessary. Their participation is called for in the specification of requirements and determining the conception of the solution, in the detailed analysis and processing of data and processing models, in prototyping partial tasks, in testing, adjusting and implementation, and also in the maintenance and development of the system.

Besides reliability we place emphasis primarily on safety, not only in systems where sensitive data is process, where information systems are used in the scope of the intranet or are connected to the internet. We try to define safety comprehensively, i.e. to realize its whole life cycle - from analysis of risks, to safety policies, quality implementation systems including safety mechanisms, to audits. The technological platform of solutions are products of the database type MS SQL Server 2000, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Professional, Internet Application Server. The user interface is either the classical Win32 application (MS Visual Basic 6.0, Borland Delphi) or thin client (web application). The platform usually works with distribution architecture, which means that the total system is comprised of several spatially divided components connected by means of TCP/IP protocol (LAN/WAN networks). In implementation emphasis is placed on interoperability, platform independence, effectiveness, scaleability, maintaining standards and using freely available means.

We use the modern development .NET platform, which allows quick development of full value Windows applications, web services and Web applications and construction of multilayered distribution systems on the corporate level.

Connection with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Exchange is a given, as is the use of their services directly in the application, export of data to common formats (TXT, XLS, HTML, RTF,...) or ERP systems interfaces with the assistance of the ActiveX component.
